The family of murdered 15 year old Achazia James is asking members of the public to desist from sharing the gruesome crime scene photographs on social media platforms. Her distraught mother has spoken with ABS News, remembering her daughter whose life was brutally cut short Sunday morning. Terry Andrew reports.

"We must take the fight to these criminal elements." That’s the resolute call from Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne, as he affirms his administration's resolute response to the spate of violent crimes. The head of government summoned the top brass of the security forces to his office Monday morning for crucial talks on a problem which has spooked many residents. Raghib Apparicio reports.

Ambassador Anthony Liverpool says Venezuela’s presidential election on July 28 was fair. Ambassador Liverpool, who was one of Antigua and Barbuda's international observers for the elections, made the comments during a forum at the Venezuelan Embassy on Old Parham Road on Saturday. The forum was held as crowds gathered in separate demonstrations in Venezuela, in support of both President Nicolas Maduro and the opposition coalition. Garfield Burford reports.

Seven hundred and eighteen men turned out for the 16th staging of the Prostate Cancer screening initiative by the Lions Club of Antigua. They were heeding the call to act decisively about their prostate health. Myrtle Bruno-Hodge reports.
