Ambassador Anthony Liverpool says Venezuela’s presidential election on July 28 was fair. Ambassador Liverpool, who was one of Antigua and Barbuda's international observers for the elections, made the comments during a forum at the Venezuelan Embassy on Old Parham Road on Saturday. The forum was held as crowds gathered in separate demonstrations in Venezuela, in support of both President Nicolas Maduro and the opposition coalition. Garfield Burford reports.
