Police Commissioner Atlee Rodney has reacted to concerns about the latest tactics by gangs across the Caribbean. Rodney, who is also president of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police, ACCP, was asked about comments from head of the Caricom Implementation Agency for Crime and Cecurity (IMPACS), Lieutenant Colonel Michael Jones. Jones told the Cayman Compass publication that Caribbean cartels are using music promoters and performers as a front for organised crime, as part of their latest malign actions across the region.
