HER ATTORNEY, DR DAVID DORSETT, CONFIRMS THE HIGH COURT WAS INFORMED OF THE SANCTIONS LAST THURSDAY, A DAY AFTER THE INFORMATION WAS RECEIVED. HOWEVER, HE INSISTS THIS WILL HAVE NO BEARING ON CASE IN WHICH SHE IS CHALLENGING THE GOVERNMENT'S SEIZURE OF THE VESSEL.
