Minister of Home Affairs and Information Wilfred Abrahams, has hit back at Opposition Leader Ralph Thorne's criticism of Government spending, in preparation for the World Cup. Mr. Thorne has queried how the 50 million dollar loan from the Africa Export-Import Bank has been spent. He said with the upgrades to Kensington Oval, for example, the country now has a stadium that can host any type of event.
