The move comes as health professionals across the region are being encouraged to embrace technology in their practices, including Artificial Intelligence.

Understanding that happy patients are less litigious patients, the Millennium Heights Medical Complex has implemented risk reduction strategies to minimize malpractice risks. The hospital spends $600,000 annually in Medical Malpractice Insurance. Currently, the facility is working towards creating what it describes as “a just culture,” where incidents of medical negligence are both reported and addressed promptly.
