South Korean investigators are trying once more to arrest impeached president Yoon Suk Yeol following a failed attempt earlier this month. They had tried to arrest Yoon on 3 January but had to turn back after being locked in an hours-long stand-off with members of the Presidential Security Service (PSS). The arrest is expected to be carried out with the help of veteran police detectives, local media reported. Lawyers for Yoon have criticised the planned use of police officers, saying it was a betrayal of the public. Yoon's impeachment trial, which will decide if he is removed from office, started yesterday but ended within four minutes because of his absence. Some of the 25 people who survived a dive-boat capsizing in the Red Sea have described what happened and why the incident has raised safety questions. Two britons are believed to be among the 11 people who died or have been missing since the incident. As well as describing the terror of being trapped in a rapidly sinking boat, the survivors accuse the company which ran it, Dive Pro Liveaboard, of several safety failings. They also say the Egyptian authorities were slow to react, something which may have cost lives. The BBC sent all the safety concerns to the Egyptian government and the company, Dive Pro Liveaboard, multiple times but are yet to receive a response from either. After the disaster, the Egyptian authorities immediately opened an investigation into the sinking which is yet to report it’s findings. The Princess of Wales has revealed she is in remission from cancer after making an emotional return to the hospital where she received treatment. In a message posted on social media, Catherine spoke of her "relief" and said she remained "focused on recovery". "As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. I am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead," the princess wrote in the post, which she signed off as "C". Earlier, on a visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital in west London, Catherine thanked staff and empathised with cancer patients about the "tough" treatment but reassured them there was "light at the end of that tunnel".
