A court in Spain has found former Barcelona and Brazil footballer Dani Alves guilty of raping a woman in a Barcelona nightclub. He has been sentenced to four and a half years in prison. The 40-year-old, who is one of the most decorated footballers in history, denied sexually assaulting the woman in the early hours of 31 December 2022. As well as handing Alves a four-and-a-half year sentence, the court said he should face a further five years' probation. On n'est pas des Pigeons se penche sur la discrimination dans les boîtes de nuit et les consignes reçues par leur personnel, qui consiste à refuser les personnes de couleur. Les nuits bruxelloises sont-elles teintées de racisme ? Le MRAX, le mouvement contre le racisme et l’antisémitisme, reçoit depuis plusieurs années des signalements concernant des "délits de faciès" à l’entrée de certaines boîtes de nuit bruxelloises. "Les discriminations se basent sur le physique, la couleur de la peau : Arabes et noirs sont systématiquement discriminés", note la juriste Nicha Mbuli. "Toute la difficulté est de prouver qu’on refuse l’entrée sur des bases ethniques, c’est très compliqué. Le seul moyen est de réaliser un "testing" et d’enregistrer les refus." Nous avons donc réalisé ce fameux "testing" en caméra cachée. Nous avons sélectionné six personnes, âges similaires, habillées de la même façon : veston, chemise et chaussures. Rien ne les différencie si ce n’est leur couleur de peau. Deux groupes qui s’apprêtent à sortir en boîte pour vérifier s’ils seront traités de la même manière. Constat édifiant : quatre boîtes de nuit sur cinq ont refusé l’accès aux noirs sous des motifs fallacieux : événement privé, obligation d’être accompagné d’une femme. L’une des boîtes ira jusqu’à prétendre qu’il faut débourser 200 euros pour entrer. Des refus systématiques, alors qu’à ​​​​​​chaque fois, le groupe composé de personnes à la peau claire, entrera sans problème. "Ce sont bien évidemment des cas flagrants de racisme", explique Nicha Mbuli, "et c’est punissable d’une amende de 50 à 1000 euros. Il existe également des peines de prison pour les cas les plus graves. Il y a pourtant peu de condamnations : difficile d’apporter la preuve, ou les patrons rejettent la responsabilité sur le videur alors que tout le monde sait que c’est une décision de la boîte." Depuis 16 ans, la MRAX, et la RTBF ont organisé 3 "testings" en caméra cachée. A chaque fois, nous avons constaté ces relents de racisme. Un incendio de grandes proporciones está arrasando un doble edificio de 14 plantas en el barrio de Campanar, en València. El edificio de viviendas está situado en el cruce de las calles General Avilés con Maestro Rodrigo. Según EFE, el fuego se ha originado en el quinto piso y se ha propagado por toda le estructura del inmueble y a otro anexo. Los bomberos siguen intentando controlar las llamas y rescatar a algunos vecinos desde los balcones del edificio anexo al que se ha propagado el fuego. El edificio donde se inició el incendio ha quedado reducido al esqueleto, mientras la columna de humo se ve desde varios kilómetros a la redonda El 112 ha movilizado una decena de dotaciones de bomberos municipales, dos SAMU y un SVB hasta el lugar del incendio, que al parecer se ha originado en un cuarto piso del inmueble y se ha extendido al resto del edificio, según ha informado Emergencias en su cuenta de X (antes Twitter).
