Archaeologists in Egypt made a remarkable discovery of a 4,300-year-old mummy adorned in gold leaf near Cairo. Unearthed at the Saqqara necropolis, the mummy is believed to belong to a man named Hekashepes, making it one of the oldest and most complete non-royal mummies ever found. Encased in a limestone sarcophagus, it was part of a larger burial site containing other significant finds, including statues and tombs of ancient priests and officials.
