At least 20 people have been killed and some 100 others injured following an Israeli air raid on a residential block in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. The attack targeted the home of the Shehab family, causing extensive damage to neighbouring houses. Footage obtained by Al Jazeera shows the arrival of those killed and injured, including children, in the attack at a medical facility in Jabalia. Many of those wounded are seen lying on the floor waiting to be treated. The WHO says only 11 out of 36 of Gaza’s hospitals remain partially functional. Desperate crowds have been scrambling for aid at the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt. Palestinians tried to stop aid trucks, searching for food and other supplies. The crossing is the main route for relief deliveries. Communications have been repeatedly cut in Gaza - further complicating the distribution of basic goods. That's as the humanitarian situation inside the strip is worsening by the day. Palestinians have been standing in long food queues in Rafah, to receive small amounts of aid. تشارك وزارة المواصلات في معرض جنيف الدولي للسيارات قطر الذي تنطلق فعالياته غدا في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات ويمتد حتى 14 أكتوبر 2023. وسيستعرض جناح الوزارة في المعرض أهم استراتيجيات ومشاريع قطاع النقل البري والتي تتبنى أحدث الممارسات المبتكرة القائمة على الاستدامة البيئية والحلول التكنولوجية لدعم توجه الدول نحو النقل الذكي وبما يتماشى مع أهداف استراتيجية قطر الوطنية للبيئة والتغير المناخي وتحقيقاً لركائز رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030. The Ministry of Transport is participating in the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS), which opens tomorrow at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center and continues through Oct. 14. The MOT’s pavilion will be featuring key land transportation’s strategies and projects where best innovative practices based on environmental sustainability and technological solutions are deployed, thereby supporting the country’s transitioning to intelligent transportation, in line with the goals of Qatar's National Environment and Climate Change Strategy and pillars of QNV2030.
