It's understood he was on the third floor of the five-storey building when it crumbled on Monday. A 33-year-old man has been pulled out alive from the rubble of the collapsed building in George. The man was found as emergency services removed a slab from what they believed to be the floor to level three of the building. The case against a 39-year-old Cape Town Bolt driver accused of stabbing two of his passengers has been postponed to the 17th of May for a bail application. Benedict Chitungu appeared before the Cape Town Magistrates Court and now faces two charges of attempted murder instead of the previous charge of assault GBH.
