Cosatu is worried financial companies are trying to delay pension fund reforms. Legislation around the two-pot system has been passed in Parliament. Prosumers will soon be able to contain electricity price increases. Energy analyst Chris Yelland was responding to Eskom's tariff increase of 12 percent that kicks in next month.
