The disappearance of Joshlin Smith has gripped the country. The six-year-old went missing from her home in Saldanha Bay on the 19 February 2024. Search teams are continuing their hunt for her, with authorities saying they are hopeful. Local airline Airlink has announced the suspension of its air services to and from Richards Bay after the downgrading of Richards Bay Airport’s fire and rescue service capability.
