The deadline is fast approaching for political parties to submit candidate lists to the Independent Electoral Commission. This is a tough call for the ANC following the party's intergrity commission recommendations. The committee recommended that those implicated in corruption shouldn't feature on the list. Political analyst Levy Ndou says it wouldn't be surprising to see the party defying its own integrity committee. As Western Cape police question four people aged between 24 and 34 about the disappearance of a Saldanha Bay child, the whereabouts of 6-year-old Joshlin Smith are still unknown. The Gauteng province is leading in the number of car theft and hijacking happening around this county. Trackers Duma Ngcobo says this is due to several other sophisticated crimes happening in the province.
