The Muslim Judicial Council in Cape Town is calling for urgent action by both national and local police. This follows the killing of a pupil at a Mitchells Plain primary school. 20-year-old Firdous Kleinsmidt was hit by a stray bullet during a shootout between gangs on Tuesday.
