The St Francis Bay team of the National Sea Rescue Institute were quick to action after receiving an urgent call about a trawler in distress. A 29-meter local fishing trawler, carrying 24 crew members, had run aground at Shark Point in St Francis Bay. All 24 crew members have been rescued. South Africa's proposed Integrated Energy Plan has received a thumbs down from experts. The long-awaited draft was released for public comment this week.
