The Gauteng Health Department has extended its condolences to the family of a patient at the Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital. The 36-year-old was found in one of the hospital bathrooms by two nurses. It is alleged that the patient hanged herself with a cellphone charger cable. The family of veteran actor and musician Timmy Kwebulana, fondly remembers him, as a jovial individual who paved the way for others to follow in his footsteps. The 83-year-old Langa-born and raised entertainer passed away on Thursday. The 106th commemoration of the Battle of Square Hill was held in Johannesburg. Members of the South African Military Veterans, alongside The South African Cape Corps Volunteers paid tribute to the fallen soldiers.
