It's believed the consignment may have been washed out to sea from a ship coming to deliver the medication. At the same time, the defence's bail application on new facts seems to have stalled again. This time there's contestation about the seriousness of the crimes. New evidence before the court regarding the rape and murder of school teacher Kristen Kluyts, was not sufficient to grant bail to the 21-year-old accused. He's applied for bail for the third time, and his legal team says they won't stop. The court found that even though a new video has surfaced showing other people around Kluyts, it is not sufficient to grant him bail.
