Home Affairs has identified three officials who registered former Miss SA contestant, Chidimma Adetshina. It's believed her mother stole an identity to get her registered. The African Centre for Migration says there should be many arrests in this case, mostly at Home Affairs. Parliament's Public Works Committee has received an update on the reconstruction of the National Assembly building which was destroyed by a blaze in January 2022. Earlier this year, provisional costs for the rebuilding project were estimated at around 3-billion rand. The murder case against Quintin Jacobs and Felicia Kuer has been postponed to next Tuesday. They are accused of killing Melanie Nelson, whose battered body was found buried under a bridge in Heideveld, Cape Town, the day before Woman's Day. She was allegedly killed after breaking up with her girlfriend, Kuer, who allegedly hired a hitman to take her life.
