The High Court in Pretoria has ordered one of the Senzo Meyiwa murder accused to be moved out of C-Max prison and back to his previous facilities. It says the decision to keep accused 3, Mthobisi Mncube in solitary confinement is unlawful. This as his c-accused Fisokuhle Ntuli’s application was struck off the roll. Mncube has been incarcerated at this high-security prison since 2020, after being linked to Meyiwa’s murder, while accused 5 Fisokuhle Ntuli has been there for a year. Two of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case want to be moved out of solitary confinement at Kgoši Mampuru Correctional Centre.
