A section of people in Bugiri District has planted banana plants in the middle of a major road that links Naluwerere-Buluguyi to Nsango. Davidson Mulumba, the Bugiri District chairman, says the central government promised Shs1 billion to work on the roads, but only Shs500 million was sent to the district in the first and second quarters, which is not enough to repair all the roads in the district. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Connect with us on Messenger via m.me/NTVUganda
