UNEB usually releases PLE results before January 20, with the exception of the 2019 results, which were released in July due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and 2022. As the dust settles on the recently concluded Non-aligned Movement Summit and G-77 Summits in Kampala, the youth of Uganda have adopted and released a groundbreaking "Debt For Climate Global South Position and Policy Statement" addressed to G77 Chair, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The policy seeks to revive and fortify the New International Economic Order (NIEO) proposed by the G77 in 1974 at the United Nations.
