This morning Plascon Company provided 600 litters of Road Marking Paint to help in reconstruction and beautifying of the Kampala City at city hall the Ministers of Kampala, Hajjati Minsa Kabanda and Hon. Makerere School of Public Health and Johns Hopkins University have released the findings of a research study revealing that cyclists in Kampala's central business district are riding at higher speeds without using helmets. The study indicates an increase in average speed from 50 to approximately 57 km/h. The Minister of State for International Affairs, Henry Okello Oryem, asserts that the era of bullying and unilaterally imposing sanctions on independent states is coming to an end.
