The US Supreme Court has sent Donald Trump’s claim that he is immune from prosecution for his actions while president back to a lower court. “I think the reaction has been pretty hysterical,” Mr Sheridan told Sky News Australia. “The idea that the president is not accountable is of course wrong.”

President Joe Biden's cognitive decline is nothing new, and it is something Sky News Australia has exposed numerous times. But it wasn't until his concerning performance at CNN's presidential debate that a large proportion of the media woke up to his clear cognitive decline. The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN and Time Magazine have finally pointed out the obvious, President Biden is no longer fit to be the commander-in-chief. In 2023, Sky News Host James Morrow exposed all these facts in a Sky News Digital Originals documentary: 'The Decline of a President'. And now, as the countdown to the November election nears, it is not yet known if President Biden will drop out before polling day.

US criminal defence attorney Rachel Fiset says Donald Trump’s election subversion case will “certainly” not be going to trial before the US election. The US Supreme Court has sent Donald Trump's claim that he is immune from prosecution for his actions while president back to a lower court. “That is really the greatest win for Donald Trump in this decision,” Ms Fiset said. “If he were to win the election, he can then try to pardon himself and see what kind of legal issues that brings up.”

The US Supreme Court has sent Donald Trump's claim that he is immune from prosecution for his actions while president back to a lower court. The former president faces prosecution over his role in the deadly January 6 riots in 2021 at the Capitol and alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election result. The Supreme Court suggested he could be entitled to immunity from prosecution for 'official acts' while president, but that this protection would not apply to acts as a private citizen.

The first debate between US President Joe Biden and his predecessor Donald Trump was held last week. “He chose Kamala Harris as Vice-President, partly because she ticked the identity politics boxes, but, in my view, mainly because she was such an uninspiring alternative,” Mr Sheridan told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “Lots of presidents have done this. “Nixon chose Agnew and Ford because he thought they were hopeless.”

The proposed bill follows the failure of Labor's Voice to Parliament referendum, which saw 60 per cent of the nation vote against the Voice. “Labor in their right mind shouldn’t be supporting it because they clearly understand the result of the referendum,” Ms Price said. “It would not help benefit them to support this, but you never know in desperation they may choose to do say.”
