Writer and Broadcaster Esther Krakue says Prince Harry’s criticism of Elon Musk shows he is out “of his depth”. Prince Harry has taken a veiled swipe at Elon Musk when discussing digital responsibility at a conference in Colombia. “This is another thing that clearly shows Prince Harry is out of his depth,” Ms Krakue told Sky News host Caroline Di Russo. “When you live in an echo chamber, it’s really easy to make these sorts of mistakes and really not see the wider implications. “He clearly has very little knowledge of previous riots in the UK.”

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton was accused of being racist by Independent MP Zali Steggall after calling for an end to Gazan refugee arrivals. “Zali Steggall is being incredibly intellectually lazy,” Ms Zelic said. “To just start getting out this wand now and brandishing everybody a racist. “I’m so sick of going down that path. “Let’s have a debate about it, but stop resorting everyone to labelling everybody constantly.”

Sky News contributor Evelyn Rae weighs in on Opposition Leader Peter Dutton calling for an end to Gazan refugee arrivals in Australia, questioning why “Arab nations” are not taking them. “We don’t have the capability to investigate thoroughly or properly whether these particular people coming into our country pose a threat to our own children and our own nation,” Ms Rae said. “The biggest question here is why are the Arab nations not taking them. “Are they a threat? Are they deemed to be a problem?”

Although US President Joe Biden has claimed a Gaza ceasefire is now closer than ever, former Lebanon ambassador Ian Parmeter claims that Israel and Hamas are not as “optimistic”. “The bigger issue it seems to be at this stage both Israel and Hamas are not nearly as optimistic about the outcome of these talks as President Biden has been,” Mr Parmeter told Sky News Australia. “The other factor is that the Biden administration putting pressure on all parties has to be very careful not to take action which could actually put the very delicate talks at risk before they resume in Cairo this coming week. “There have been several Israeli strikes in Gaza, but also in the West Bank and also in Lebanon which certainly won’t do much to heighten the atmosphere for the talks.”
