Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia will not halt the war until Kyiv withdraws its forces fully from four Ukraine provinces that Moscow partially controls and claims to have annexed. Kyiv denounced it as a demand for surrender and has refused to negotiate under such terms. Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni says the G7 is sending a “clear signal” to China over its industrial overcapacity. The National University Hospital is taking more steps to goal green, spurred by its initial success at being sustainable. It wants to reduce food, waste and electricity use. The Health Ministry has announced a slate of nearly 50 new initiatives that support couples and parents, children and adolescents.
