India's opposition Congress Party is holding a special press briefing, with party president Mallikarjun Kharge and leader Rahul Gandhi speaking. Mr Gandhi said the people of India have "unanimously rejected" Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Congress is leading in more than 90 seats -- a marked improvement from 52 during the 2019 election.
