The Israeli military has ended its operation in Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital, the biggest such facility in the enclave. Troops have withdrawn from the medical complex after two weeks. Hundreds of residents have returned to the facility in the hopes of finding trapped patients and staff. Gaza's health ministry said dozens of bodies have been uncovered. Indonesian President-elect Prabowo Subianto held talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Apr 1. It is his first trip overseas since winning his country's election in February. During the meeting, Mr Xi said Beijing stands ready to deepen what he called "all-round strategic cooperation" with Jakarta. Existing motorcycle owners in Singapore can start to replace their electronic road pricing (ERP) devices in June as part of the next phase of the ERP 2.0 rollout. Owners of all other vehicles will be progressively notified later in the year. These on-board units will be compatible with all existing ERP and parking gantries. New vehicles registered from May will need to be pre-fitted with the units before collection.

DBS has pledged to remove "uncertainty" and eliminate "single points of failure" during digital transactions.
