Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui during her three-day visit to Moscow. Less than half of Singaporeans say they are financially prepared to deal with cancer. In a new survey of 1,200 people conducted by the National University Cancer Institute, Research for Impact Singapore and DBS Bank, results showed that less than a third of respondents are confident that their existing health or critical illness policies can cover cancer treatment costs. China has criticised a US-led coalition for "adding fuel to the fire" in the Red Sea and Middle East. Foreign Minister Wang Yi, who is on a four-nation tour of Africa, said China is deeply concerned about the sharp rise in attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea.
