Two Singaporeans - a 14-year old boy and a 33-year-old woman - were issued restriction orders under the Internal Security Act (ISA), the Internal Security Department said on Monday (Jul 15). The boy is the youngest person to be issued an ISA order to date and the woman was a former civil servant.
