La coopération sino-africaine se développe à grands pas, grâce aux nombreuses plateformes de partenariat, mais également grâce aux fructueux échanges entre les populations chinoises et africaines. Depuis plusieurs années, notamment dans le cadre du Forum sur la Coopération Sino-Africaine (FOCAC), les femmes chinoises et africaines valorisent l'amitié traditionnelle et participent activement au renforcement de la confiance mutuelle au sein de la « Famille Chine-Afrique ». En marge des Deux Sessions qui se déroulent cette semaine à Beijing, Mme Fyfy Solange Tangamu, journaliste Reporter au quotidien Forum des As en RDC, partage dans une interview accordée à CGTN Français, ses réflexions sur le rôle important des femmes dans la coopération sino-africaine. Selon Mme Tangamu, la contribution des femmes au sein des sociétés africaines et chinoises est de plus en plus valorisée, ce qui constitue une bonne nouvelle pour la coopération sino-africaine. Elle indique que « les femmes sont puissantes pour établir les relations et influencer la vie de nombreuses personnes », et affirme que « les femmes s'investissent pleinement dans la coopération sino-africaine », tant au niveau institutionnel que dans des initiatives pratiques. A titre d'illustrations du dynamisme des femmes au sein de la coopération entre la Chine et l'Afrique, Mme Tangamu cite d'une part « les femmes chinoises des équipes médicales qui viennent travailler en Afrique, au sein des missions de maintien de paix et des chantiers d'infrastructures », mais également « la rencontre des premières dames d'Afrique », ainsi que « les femmes conductrices de train sur la ligne de chemin de fer Mombasa-Nairobi ». Cependant, note Mme Tangamu, beaucoup restent encore à faire, en particulier « au niveau de l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes dans l'éducation et les prises de décisions ». Une réalité qui s'explique par le fait que « les femmes dans nos sociétés font encore face à la discrimination sexuelle, au poids des traditions, et à la préférence des hommes sur les femmes ». Ces défis constituent autant d'aspects sur lesquels la Chine et l'Afrique devront se pencher, afin de maximiser la contribution des femmes, pour une coopération sino-africaine plus fructueuse et plus harmonieuse. #2024ChineAgenda #AuxYeuxdesMediasEtrangers
