La Chine a annoncé sa volonté d'améliorer le bien-être de sa population et de mettre en place de nouvelles méthodes de gouvernance sociale. Le Premier ministre Li Qiang a déclaré mardi que le gouvernement prendrait des mesures pour stabiliser l'emploi et augmenter les revenus de la population. Les autorités augmenteront ainsi les subventions de l'assurance médicale de base pour les résidents ruraux et les citadins sans emploi d'une moyenne de 30 yuans, soit 4,2 dollars.
