Inauguré ce lundi 10 mars, le poste d'information et de sécurité de la cité hyeroise du Val-des-Rougières (Var), qui sert également de local pour les polices municipales et nationales, a été dégradé. Le panneau indiquant la route à suivre pour rejoindre le poste a été retiré, tandis que la devanture a été détériorée.<br /><br />Le rideau métalique de la porte d'entrée a été la cible de jets de pierres et de produits chimiques, rendant impossible l'ouverture du local.<br /><br />Jean-Pierre Giran, maire de Hyères, assure que les faits ne se reproduiront pas. "S'ils le refont, c'est à leurs risques et périls", ajoute-t-il au sujet des responsables des dégradations.<br /><br />Le Val-des-Rougières, marqué par plusieurs fusillades en 2024, reste un point chaud de la lutte contre le trafic de drogue. Malgré la fermeture d’un point de deal, celui-ci semble s’être reformé. Le 9 mars, un dealer a d’ailleurs été interpellé dans le quartier.
