According to authorities in Kiryandongo, the area district local government advertised a vacancy for an enrolled nurse, and the would-be employee Rebecca applied for the job, before she was asked for a bribe, before she could get the job.She reported the matter to the police after she was denied the job, even after paying part of the bribe to Kaheru.
