Hooters waitress Sophia Gabriella was pulled over by police in Sarasota, Florida, after officers suspected she was driving under the influence. Before her arrest, she was reportedly seen flashing the officers, flirting with them, and even offering to make out with one of them to avoid being taken into custody. Gabriella later placed her hands behind her back, making the arrest easier for the Sarasota police. According to court documents, Gabriella submitted two breath samples with BACs over .318.
