Ranghohe Vertreter:innen der Ukraine und der USA haben in Saudi-Arabien Gespräche über eine Teil-Waffenruhe in der Ukraine begonnen. Nach US-Angaben soll es bei den Gesprächen um „Rahmenbedingungen für ein Friedensabkommen und eine erste Waffenruhe“ gehen. Die US-Delegation wird von Außenminister Marco Rubio angeführt.
