Surgeon Dr Ghassan Abu-Sittah tells Sky's Alex Crawford about the "catastrophic" injuries he has been treating at a hospital in Beirut after pagers and walkie-talkies exploded across Lebanon. The "catastrophic thing", he said, is "almost all of the victims will end up with some permanent disability".
