'Dim-witted' Environment Minister refuses to explain why she blocked $1 billion gold mine

Sky News host Danica De Giorgio slams Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek's decision to block a billion-dollar gold mine in NSW on cultural heritage grounds. "For a while, I have been convinced that the likes of the hapless and hopeless Andrew Giles and Chris Bowen are some of the more dim-witted ministers in Albanese's government," Ms De Giorgio said. "I am more and more convinced Tanya Plibersek has joined the ranks.   "For the second week in a row, she is tying herself in knots of secrecy over the decision to block a billion-dollar gold mine in NSW on cultural heritage grounds. "If Labor cannot release the documents and explain its decision, they must reverse it, admit they got it wrong - and make sure this never happens again."
