'Don't man up, talk it through' - men urged to confront mental health problems
A London charity offers men in difficult situations a rare opportunity to open up about their mental health. Men are more likely to go missing, sleep rough, and become dependent on drugs and alcohol - all contributing to a higher suicide rate compared to women. Suicide is the most common cause of death for men under 50 as Sky's Jason Farrell reports.
