'It's time for him to go': Liberal MP calls on Trudeau to resign

A Liberal backbencher is publicly calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to step down as party leader, citing growing frustration among his constituents. Sean Casey, the MP for Charlottetown, told CBC’s Power & Politics that Trudeau's leadership has become a barrier to earning votes on the island. Casey is the first MP to call publicly for Trudeau's resignation since it was reported last week that a growing number of anxious Liberals are working to force the prime minister to step down.
