'Not the UN': Labor should be governing in the ‘best interest’ of Australia

Sky News host Joe Hildebrand says the Australian government should be governing in the “best interest” of Australia. Foreign Minister Penny Wong claimed that Mr Dutton ‘diminishes’ Australia on the world stage after he announced he would abolish the First Nations ambassador position if elected. “I hope there are good reasons for having a First Nations ambassador,” Mr Hildebrand said. “I couldn’t give a rats what other countries think of us. “The Australian government is not the UN … it should be governing in the best interest of Australia.”
