US President Joe Biden has travelled to Baltimore to talk near the recent bridge collapse – saying the "damage is devastating". Mr Biden surveyed the wreckage of the bridge as he paid tribute to those who lost their lives amid the collapse. "The damage is devastating, and our hearts are still breaking," Mr Biden said. Mr Biden also vowed to rebuild the bridge. "We're going to move heaven and Earth to rebuild this bridge as rapidly as humanly possible."
