'Thousands' stranded as flooded tunnel cancels Eurostar and Southeastern trains

Eurostar and Southeastern trains have been cancelled this morning because of a flooded tunnel near Ebbsfleet International station in Kent. Southeastern Railway said no services will run between Ebbsfleet and London St Pancras International until at least 12pm.
