University of Sydney political scientist Professor Simon Jackman analyses Joe Biden’s “gradual decline” since taking office. Mr Jackman said if President Biden puts on a poor performance during the first debate with Donald Trump and has a “major decline” then the Democrats may put another candidate forward. “I've met Biden personally twice now, the first time in 2016,” Mr Jackman told Sky News Australia. “It's been a big eight years. He's a visibly older guy.”
