'Walking on eggshells’: Steve Price slams PM for census backflip

Sky News host Steve Price says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is “walking on eggshells trying to keep everyone happy”. Faced with a rebellion in Labor ranks – the Prime Minister has reversed his position on a new question on sexuality in the census but has refused to call it a backdown. “We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis ... record housing prices, stubborn interest rate levels, expensive power bills despite what Labor tells you, grocery prices through the roof, businesses collapsing on a daily basis and your government is worried about whether to ask has your sexual identity changed since the last census,” Mr Price said.
