12 national champions crowned in taekwondo

The Taekwondo Association held its Barbados National Championships recently at the Anne Johnson Auditorium of the St. Gabriel's School. 12 individual gold medals were won with seven of those secured in the sparring section, as four of the seven member clubs were represented.
