131 fatal traffic accidents recorded in 2023, higher than pre-pandemic levels

More people died from traffic accidents in 2023 compared to the year before. A total of 131 cases were recorded, up from 101 in 2022. The figure has also exceeded pre-COVID levels. The Traffic Police found that many motorists are driving irresponsibly. To crack down on such drivers, they will step up enforcement across the island. Sabrina Ng with more.
