16-year-old charged with murdering Kimball High School football player

17-year-old David Washington, a senior at Dallas ISD's Kimball High School, was shot and killed at a gas station on Friday night. The shooting happened across the street from where a high school football game had recently ended. A 16-year-old was charged with murder on Sunday.
