2 Chinese nationals caught for breaking into homes, link to foreign syndicate being investigated

Two male Chinese nationals will be charged on Dec 20 for breaking into homes in the Holland and Pasir Panjang areas. Police are not ruling out that the suspects could be linked to a foreign syndicate behind a slew of cases in the middle of this year. Rebecca Metteo with more.
