2 out of 5 coffee shops in HDB estates to offer budget meals by end-July

Two out of five coffee shops at public housing estates across Singapore will be offering budget meals and drinks by the end of July. These 330 coffee shops will offer meals priced no higher than S$3.50 and drinks at no more than S$1.20. It is part of an initiative from the National Development Ministry and Housing and Development Board to give Singaporeans more affordable food options. Kate Low reports.
