2-year recidivism rates among those aged 14 to 21 nearly halved in the past 4 years

Two-year recidivism rates among youths aged 14 to 21 stood at 16.3 per cent in 2023, down from nearly 29 per cent in 2020. These young offenders typically receive reformative training instead of other forms of sentences. We take a look at how this has helped them reintegrate into society.
